This Cookie Policy is governed by Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services (LSSI) and by the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) Cookie Guide in its updated 2024 version.

1. What are cookies?

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. Cookies allow the site to remember information about your visit (preferences, language, previous browsing) and are used by most websites to work properly or to improve the user experience.

2. Types of cookies used

  • Technical or strictly necessary cookies: essential for the operation of the site. They do not require the user’s consent.
  • Analytics cookies: allow us to measure the use of the site in order to improve it. They are only activated if you accept the cookie banner.

4. Managing consent

When you first enter the site, we display a bottom banner with two options of equal prominence: Accept and Reject. Until you accept, neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity is loaded. Your preference is stored in a technical cookie (forenlab_cookie_consent) and will be respected on future visits.

We apply Google Consent Mode v2: until you give your consent, Google’s tools remain in a “denied” state (analytics_storage: denied) and do not install identification cookies.

5. Withdrawing or changing your consent

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the following link, which will display the banner again:

You can also delete cookies directly from your browser. Here are the official guides:

6. International transfers

Google and Microsoft are US companies. Data transfers arising from the use of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and, in Google’s case, by its participation in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
